Guild Website Advertising Policy

The Advertising Policy of the Gallatin Quilt Guild is aligned with our Mission Statement (on the Home page) and our status as a non-profit organization.  Only Business Members of the Guild may advertise on this website, and the advertisements must pertain to some type of needle arts.  Ads will appear on the "Quilt Shows & Items of Interest" web page.  Ads will be featured at the top of the page.  Ad size is approximately 8.5"x11".  The ad rates are $15 / 1 month or $150.00 / 12 consecutive months.  In a 12-month ad program the ad content can be changed once per month or stay the same, as the advertising Business Member prefers.  It will be the responsibility of the advertising Business Member to send ad artwork and content to website@gallatinquiltguild.com.  Upon receipt of the ad artwork/content and the ad time request, the Business Member will be invoiced by email for the appropriate amount by the Guild Treasurer.  Billable ads will start at the first of each month.
